Exciting news for our Scouting community!
Braid District Scouts is proud to announce that a brand-new website is currently in development—designed to better connect our members, volunteers, and families across South West Edinburgh.
The new site will serve as a central hub for all things Scouting in Braid District, including updates from our Squirrel, Beaver, Cub, Scout, and Explorer sections, event announcements, resources for leaders, and ways to get involved.
While the site is still under construction, visitors can already access a holding page for each of the sections, with a link to the Scouts UK website.
The full website is expected to launch later this year, with features including:
- 📍 Contact details and joining information
- 📅 A live events calendar
- 📰 News and achievements from local groups
- 📸 Photo galleries from recent adventures
